Everyone loves Bonfire Night, and it’s no exception in Norwich! That’s why we’re happy to present one of the biggest and best events in one of our favourite locations:

Firework Parties at the Plantation Gardens

We’ve told you before about how Plantation Gardens is one of the most beautiful spots in Norwich that you can visit. Now you can see the gardens light up with beauty and booms on November the 2nd and 3rd. Be sure to check up on their website for more details and to book now, as the gardens are famous for flourishing with big events, from outdoor movie nights to live music.

What else can you do in Norwich this Bonfire Night?

If you want to dance into the dark, then why not boogie on down to Scott Mill’s Fireworks after party at Open Norwich in the City? The popular BBC radio DJ will put on 90s and 80s classics throughout the night on November 8th to put on ‘bangers’ just as big as the fireworks displays. According to the EDP, popular independent pub St Andrews Brew House will also be offering specials on the night.

What other displays are there?

If you can’t catch the display at Plantation Gardens, or you just want to see as many as possible over the festive period, there are plenty of options. There’s the Big Boom display put on by the city council, which has finally been confirmed for November 8th. As for smaller displays, there’s also Sparks in the park, run in Catton Park on October 26th and the Deer’s Glade annual charity bonfire in the Deer’s Glen Caravan Park on November 2nd. Both of these smaller events are raising money for charity, for Community Sparks and ‘About with Friends’.
